Michael Lance Antoline, 66, of Champaign passed away at 12:20 pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 in Greenville, IL. Michael was born on September 20, 1951 in Harrisburg, IL to parents, Luther and Doris Jean (Carrington) Antoline. They preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, his sons, Benjamin and Grant, his granddaughter, Emma, a sister, Marina Antoline of Beijing, China and a brother, Tony Antoline of Paragould, AR. He earned his B.A. from Southern Illinois University and his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, MN. He was admitted and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1995. His life was made rich by the many people, both professional and personal, that called Mike friend. The family has been comforted by the outpouring of love from all the people on which he had an impact. We cannot thank you enough. People from all over the world found a boundless spirit in Michael that was matched with a sharp wit and a giant heart. Our love for our father will be echoed in the many stories we share together as we remember and honor his life. The celebration of life for Michael L. Antoline will take place on May 27th from 1-5 pm at the Garden Park Pavilion at Meadowbrook Park, Urbana, IL. In the memory of Michael Antoline, the family has established a GoFundMe account to plant a memorial tree at a beloved park.
