Mr. Dougherty is preceded in death by her wife, Dorothy Dougherty; mother & father, Marie & Raymond James Dougherty. He is survived by son, Thomas Dougherty, Grayson; daughters & sons-in-law, Brenda & John Robinson, Snellville; Patty & Bill Slocumb, Grayson; Jan Nelson, Grayson; son, Richard Dougherty, Loganville; four grandchildren, & two great grandchildren.
