Funeral services for Bill Neal, age 57, will be held at 2 P.M., Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. Bro. Josh Schwarz and Bobby Cliett will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the Andrews Cemetery in Madison County. He worked as a truck driver for Canadian Truck Line. Bill loved being outdoors. Mowing on his tractor or lawn mower was a favorite activity of Bill’s, as well as, fishing and cooking bar-b-que on the grill. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and loved when all of his children and granddaughter were together at home under one roof. Bill had been a lifelong resident of Madison County. He passed away April 17, 2018 in Bryan, Texas following a brief illness. Bill was preceded in death by his father; step-father and both maternal and paternal grandparents. Surviving family members include wife, Becky Neal of Madisonville; mother, Joann Neal of Madisonville; son, Gabe Neal of Madisonville; daughters, Brooke Fancher of Madisonville, Stefani Neal of Austin and Taylor (Patrick) Evans of Madisonville; granddaughter, Autumn Aliese; brothers, Randy (Pat) Neal of Huntsville and Ronnie Neal of Madisonville and special friend, Bobby Cliett, as well as numerous extended family and friends. Bill is also survived by his dog, Coco, which he always referred to as “Big Dog.” Arrangements are under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas.
