Obituary for Karen J. Martin
Orrville — Karen J. Martin, age 71, of Orrville, died Monday, April 2, 2018, at Wooster Community Hospital in Wooster, following a period of declining health.
Karen was born on March 8, 1947, in Orrville, Ohio, to Paul and Velma (Hall) Bonewit and married Pat Martin on May 18, 1968, in Dover, OH. Pat survives.
She graduated from Smithville High School in 1965 and worked as a general labor for Hometown Deli.
She enjoyed bingo which was a big interest in her life and if she could, she would play it seven days a week.
Surviving in addition to Pat are two daughters, Rhonda (John) Donda of Orrville, and Candace Martin of Orrville; grandchildren, Jered, Isaac, Jordyn, and Brock; brother, Darrell (Jean) Bonewit of Marshallville; best friend, Wilda Hopkins; and her cat OJ.
She was preceded in death by both parents.
There will be no services and cremation will take place.
