Bobby “Bob” John Lee, 72, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Linda E. White Hospice House.
Bob was born in Evansville, Indiana on June 16, 1945 to the late Robert F. and Hazel M. (Poole) Lee. He was a 1963 graduate of Benjamin Bosse High School and honorably served in the United States Naval Reserves, including a year of active duty. Bob retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he had worked many years as a mail carrier. He was a faithful member of American… Read More » Baptist East and enjoyed working in his yard. Bob dearly loved his dogs, Macey, Sabrina and Zacck.
Bob is survived by his son, Bryon Lee (Darlene) of Chandler, IN; daughters, Andrea Williams of Evansville, IN, and Tracey Lackey (Chuck) of Boonville, IN; grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlynn, Trelan, Corbin, Xzavien, Ashten, Kylie, and Gunner; and by great-granddaughter, Everlynn.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Debra (Reynolds) Lee; his parents; and twin brother, Stanis David Lee.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Frank E. Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home and again from 9:00 AM until service time on Friday.
