Virginia Wiseman Mounts Hoover 2018

Virginia (Wiseman) Mounts Hoover, 95, of Beverly, OH died Wednesday March 21, 2018 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born in Mammoth, WV a daughter of the late William H. and Nancy (Proctor) Wiseman. She was raised from an early age by James and Esther Mounts.
Virginia was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell Church of Christ. She loved crafts and raising her family.
She is survived by two sons William Roger Hoover (Barbara) of Cutler, OH and Raymond R. Hoover (Linda) of Washington, WV; a daughter Phyllis E. Fox of Washington, WV; five grandsons; a granddaughter; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandson; three sisters Judy Bell of Hurricane, WV, Elsie Hunter of Vienna, WV, and Jean Mounts of Hurricane, WV; several half brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William H. Hoover; son Ralph Hoover; three brothers Jacki, Kenneth, and Russell Mounts; and a sister Faye Thibodeaux.
Services will be Monday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Evangelist Andy Robison officiating. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
