Susan C Wolitz 2018

Susan C. Wolitz passed away on Friday March 23, 2018 at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. She was 60 years old. Susan was born in Brooklyn, NY and was raised in Oceanside, LI, NY. She later lived in Sidney, NY for a short time and has resided in Woodbridge for over 35 years. She graduated from Union College and was a Computer Programmer for TriZetto Group Inc. in Union for over 30 years before her retirement in 2017. She collected baseball cards, silver coins, and hot wheels cars and was an avid reader. She enjoyed watching birds, reading about national parks, and was interested in genealogy.
Susan is survived by her parents, Stanley W. and Charlotte M. (Nadler) Wolitz of The Regency at Monroe, Monroe Twp., two siblings, Debbie Rabin and her husband Walter of Oceanside, NY, and Jay Wolitz and his wife Lisa of Windermere, FL, and four nieces and nephews: Andrew Rabin, Laurie Rabin, Jack Wolitz, and Maggie Wolitz.
A private cremation took place under the direction of the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Inc. 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831.
A memorial gathering will be from 2-3pm on Thursday March 29, 2018 at the funeral home. A service of remembrance will begin at 3pm following the gathering.
For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
