Edna Frances Salter High (Age 102) departed on Monday, March 12, 2018.
Devoted mother of Carl E. High and Dr. Beverly High Wallace; beloved grandmother of Jenee Wallace and great-grandmother of Jhadis Wallace. She is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward High (2000) and nine siblings.
